With an Ellesmere Service and Maintenance Contract, our customers are scheduled regular site visits and inspections and where required, repairs.
We offer emergency commercial gas safety support with a reliable and fast response call out service, across Manchester and the North West of the UK. Our customers have access to GasSafe registered engineers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We cover Heating and Cooling System Breakdowns , including Commercial Gas Boiler and Water Heater Repairs, Parts Replacement and Servicing.
We document all inspections on our own bespoke App, which then instantly provides the necessary legal certification for the property, sending it directly to the customer.
