Our client is one of the oldest higher education institutions in the country, with around 16000 enrolled students. With the University being open year-round, they can’t afford the inconvenience of any heating breakdowns, no matter how minor they may be.

SOLUTION

Over the past 5 years, Ellesmere Group has built a solid relationship with the University. We provide 24/7 breakdown cover for boilers, water heaters and air handling units across all sites. We have a highly skilled engineer permanently located on their main campus, enabling us to solve any problems quickly and efficiently. We also provide boiler servicing across the various sites, scheduled in advance by the engineer to suit the client’s requirements.
